'ICE CREAMS, SORBETS & GELATI. THE DEFINITIVE GUIDE'
by Caroline and Robin Weir.
Unfortunately we do not stock this book but it can be purchased through Amazon and other retailers. We just wanted to recommend it to any of our customers who are interested in ice cream and ice cream making. It is a new publication containing a wealth of fantastic recipes and also very useful tips on ice cream making. Robin and Caroline are fanatical about their ice cream and this is evident in this book. It is a must for anyone who is keen on ice cream making.
This book has now won the title 'Cookery book of the year'
By The Guild of Food Writers Awards 2011. |
