A pretty, 18th century, creamware mould with a flower to the base. This is a charming design, with a well modelled orchid to the base and fluted sides. The mould is finely potted, in creamware, and has three peg feet with fancy terminals to the underside. It dates from c.1780. Unfortunately it has been restored. This is not something that we have had done but it would appear to have been in two pieces. The restoration is not the best but it is acceptable. This is now only a decorative item.
