A Wedgwood creamware mould in the shape of a nut. This is marked “WEDGWOOD” and it dates from c.1790. Underneath the Wedgwood mark is a workman’s mark in the shape of a flower. The mould would turn out half of a walnut and the moulding is very well detailed. It is quite heavily potted for creamware. 

Dimensions: Length19.6cm. Width 14cm. Depth 7.8cm. 

Condition: There is one large chip, one small chip and one faint hairline crack, all to the rim.
