A Davenport, creamware mould on unusual shaped feet. This piece is marked ‘Davenport’ around an anchor. The lower case mark, in this form, was used from 1795 and this mould dates from c.1800. The mould has three, attractive, scroll shaped feet and the interior is well moulded with a basket of fruits. There is one very tiny chip to the rim of the mould and there is also rubbing two the high points within the mould. Other than this it is in good condition.
