A nineteenth century, earthenware jelly mould in the shape of a fish. This is impressed with the numbers “8” over “70”. It is quite heavily potted and dates from c.1850. The design, to the interior, is well detailed and would turn out well. There is a small chip to the exterior of one end of the mould and this has resulted is in a small crack to the interior. It has also taken a bump on the side of the mould and there is a little glaze loss. This can all be seen in the images.
