An ironstone jelly mould with a cross design to the top. This design was produced in copper and it is known as the Alexandra Cross as it was made to represent the cross on the Danish flag in honour of Princess Alexandra of Denmark, the wife of Edward the Seventh. This ceramic example dates from c.1870. It is well moulded and would turn out very well. It is in excellent, usable condition.
