A Shelley jelly mould in the shape of a rabbit. Shelley made four different moulds in the shapes of animals and they are all very collectable. The rabbit is one of the best as it is such a great looking mould, with the large bow on the rabbits’ neck which acts as a stand when the mould is being filled. The rabbit was made in three different sizes and I think that this is the smallest. It is marked, in green print, ’Shelley’ in a shield, above ‘ENGLAND’ and it dates from the 1930’s. It is in excellent condition.
