A brass, cruciform pastry tool, dating from c.1870, with a turned wooden handle. This is cast with a heavy wheel to the end, a circular marker to one arm and a square marker to the other. The handle is turned from beechwood and to the end of this is a brass hanging loop. There is chipping to the wooden handle, which can be seen in the images, but otherwise it is in very good condition.
