Code: L24443
A nice quality, brass, cruciform pastry tool with a turned wooden handle. This is well made and it dates from c.1870. It has a brass wheel to the end, for trimming the rim of a pie, and there are circular and square stamps to the sides, for impressing designs into the pastry. The handle is turned from beechwood and there is a fine, brass ring in the end of the handle so that it can hang when not in use. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 25cm. Width 8.2cm. Diameter of handle 2.8cm.
