A heavy, Victorian, cast brass pastry tool with a wheel to one end and a diamond shape stamp to the other. This is very well made and it dates from c.1860. The chunky wheel was used for trimming the rim of a pie and the diamond shaped stamp was used for putting a design onto the sides, or top, of a pie. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 11.8cm. Diameter of wheel 2.8cm. Width of square 2.8cm.
