A small brass pastry tool with a wheel to one end and a leaf shaped cutter to the other. This is English and it dates from c.1880. The wheel would have been used for trimming the rim of a pie and the cutter would have been for cutting shapes to ornament the pie. The cutter is slightly bent but it could still be used. Otherwise it is in good condition.
Dimensions: Length 10.8cm. Width 4.8cm. Diameter of wheel 2.5cm.
