A very unusual, heavy, Victorian, cast brass pastry tool with a square stamp to one end and a mushroom shaped tool to the other. The square stamp was used for putting a design onto the sides, or top, of a pie but I am not sure of the purpose of the mushroom shaped end. The piece is well made and it dates from c.1860. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 8cm. Diameter of mushroom 5cm. Width of stamp 1.8cm.
