A Victorian brass pastry tool with a small wheel to one end and a tweezer tool to the other. This is well made and it dates from c.1880. The wheel was used for trimming the rim of a pie and the tweezer end was used for putting a herringbone design onto the sides of a pie. It is in excellent condition.
