A small, Victorian, brass pastry tool. This piece is cast in brass and it dates from c.1880. It has a small brass wheel to one end, for cutting the rim of a pie, and a circular cutter to the other end. This was for cutting small circles from the pastry, for decorating the top of a pie. It is in excellent condition.
