A small, Victorian, brass pastry tool. This piece is cast in brass and it dates from c.1880. It has a small brass wheel to one end, for cutting the rim of a pie, and a leaf shaped cutter to the other end. This was for cutting leaf shapes from the pastry, for decorating the top of a pie. The leaf shaped cutter is slightly bent, from use, but other than this the piece is in very good condition.
