Pastry Tool with Fine Cast Wheel

A good quality, brass pastry tool with a fine, cast brass pastry wheel and a turned wooden handle. This is well made and has a narrow wheel, with a heavy shank, and a turned beechwood handle. It dates from c.1870 and it is in excellent condition.
