A small, Victorian, cast brass jam pan. This is a particularly small example and it is well made. It dates from c.1880. It has a folding, brass handle which is attached by very large copper rivets. The pan is 16.2cm diameter by 8.5cm. deep and the total height, when the handle is up, is 17cm. There is very slight pitting to the brass, in the bottom of the pan, but other than this it is in excellent condition.
