Bread knife with carved, sycamore handle

A nice quality, Victorian bread knife with a well carved, sycamore handle. This dates from c.1870. The handle is well carved, with wheat and long leaves. There is very slight pitting to the blade, from use, a small burn mark to the handle, by the collar and a fine hairline crack in the wood.
