Butter Dish with Carved Wooden Surround

A blue, transfer printed butter dish in a carved wooden surround. The blue printed dish is decorated with the willow pattern and it is marked “MADE IN ENGLAND”. The wooden surround is carved with the word “BUTTER” and long, stylised leaves. It dates from c.1920 and is in excellent condition.
