A small, early 19th century wooden butter print carved with a swan. This is beautifully carved in sycamore and it dates from c.1830. The carving of the swan is very well detailed, showing the fluffy plumage to the wings and finer feathering to the body. It is in excellent condition and the wood has a lovely, pale patina.
