Sycamore Breadboard Carved with Flowers

A nicely carved, 19th century, sycamore breadboard. This is quite deeply carved with a border of flowers and long leaves. It dates from c.1880 and is in good condition. There are numerous scratch marks to the face of the board, from use, and there are a number of very small stains but there are no cracks or splits in the wood. It has a very rich patina.
