Creamware child's plate with verse about bees

A nicely coloured, creamware child’s plate with a central, transfer print showing a beehive and a family group. The verse reads:
“How doth the little busy Bee
Improve each shining hour
And gather honey all the day
From evry opning flower.”

The border is moulded with four groups of flowers and both the print and the border are coloured with bright, polychrome enamels.

It is in excellent condition.
