A fantastic, miniature cast iron stove complete with a selection of miniature copper cookware. This stove differs from any that we have had in the past as it is enamelled. It is named, in the casting, ‘P. Geneva Vendome’ and it was probably a travellers sample, as it is not a fully working model. It dates from c.1910. The copper cookware comprises a stockpot, a smaller casserole, a saucepan, and a sauté pan, all with covers, and two gratin dishes. This is all good quality and dates between 1890 and 1910. The sizes given relate to the stove. The copper stockpot is 8cm high and the smallest gratin dish is 6.3cm. diameter. All of the copper is in good proportions with the stove. This is absolutely charming and it is all in very good condition.
