Horse shaped ice cleaver

A   steel sugar or ice cleaver in the shape of a horse. This piece is quite crudely shaped. The horse is very basic in appearance and the handle is carved from wood. It dates from c.1880 and it is in very good condition. There is just very minor pitting to the blade.
