A small, eighteenth century, polychrome, Dutch Delft charger. This is decorated, in blue, green, manganese, yellow and iron red, with flowers and a rockery. The decoration is bold and naive in style and the charger dates from c.1770. There is very minor wear to the glaze, on the rim, but this is usual with Delft as the tin glaze is soft and has a tendency to flake. There are two chips to the rim but these are only noticeable on the reverse. Otherwise it is in good condition.
Dimensions: Diameter 30.7cm. Depth 4.4cm.
