An interesting, late 19th century, copper kettle on stand with burner. This is a fabulous design from the Arts and Crafts movement. It is English and dates from c.1890. The stand, spout and handle are all in the form of sticks and fences and it is such an unusual design you would expect it to have a registered design number. The hinged lid has a white ceramic finial. It is in very good condition, with just a couple of very tiny dents, but the tinning, to the interior is quite badly worn.
Dimensions: Overall height to top of handle 33.5cm. Diameter of kettle 20cm. Overall width to the tip of the spout 27cm.
