A very unusual shaped, early 20th century, copper water carrier. This was possibly made for use on a barge. It is made from quite a heavy gauge of copper and has a brass rim to the base. The shape is quite charming and, although it was not made as a watering can, it would be a very decorative feature in a conservatory. It is probably French, dates from c.1920 and is in excellent condition.
