A good quality, 19th century, English copper coffee pot. This is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it has a castellated seam up the side. There is a brass, ball finial to the lid and the handle is turned from a dark wood which has been ebonised. It dates from c.1890. There are a couple of very tiny dents to the copper and the wooden handle has wear to the end, possibly from being burned in the past. Otherwise the piece is in good condition. The tinning, to the interior, is worn.
Dimensions: Height 22cm. Width including handle 28cm. Diameter 12.5cm.
