Large Copper Hook

A large, and very heavy, Victorian copper 'S' shaped hook dating from c.1860.  This type of hook is ideal for hanging copper pans in a kitchen or in an inglenook fireplace and this one is very heavy duty. The ends are turned, like a shepherd's crook, and it has a twisted centre. It is in excellent condition.
