Small, lidded copper saucepan

Small, lidded copper saucepan

Code: H20583

SOLD

A small, 19th century, lidded copper saucepan. This is quite unusual in that the lid is hinged rather than being removable. The handle is a combination of copper and turned wood and there is an attractive, heart shaped fitting attaching it to the pan. It is made from quite a heavy gauge of copper and it is probably French, dating from c.1860.

It is in very good condition but the tinning to the interior is worn so it could not one used.

Dimensions: Diameter of pan 10.2cm. Depth of pan 5.5cm. Overall length of pan and handle 24.2cm.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10.
