A very unusual, copper watering can with a double handle. This is French and it dates from c.1910. It is made from quite a light gauge of copper and there is crimped decoration to the turned seams. The copper has a slightly planished finish and the pierced rose is fixed so it cannot be removed for cleaning. The hollow handles have some dents and the interior of the can is worn but otherwise the piece is in good condition.
