19th Century French Crystal Wine or Water Glasses.

A set of eight, French crystal, large wine or water glasses. These are made from a very heavy, good quality crystal and they date from c.1880. They have a long, elliptical cut to the lower half of the bowls and double knopped stem. They are all in excellent condition. 

Dimensions: Height 15cm. Diameter at the rim 8.3cm. Diameter at the foot 7.4cm. There are marginal variations in the sizes as they are hand blown.
