A set of four, good quality, heavy, French crystal champagne flutes. These are a very simple, but pleasing design, with a heavy base and the champagne filling almost to the base of the glass. They date from c.1860 and they are all in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Height 17cm. Diameter at the rim 5.6cm. Diameter at the foot 6.6cm. There are marginal differences in the sizes as they are all hand blown but one of the set is much shorter at only 16.7cm. high.
