A pair of large, French crystal, water glasses. These are made from a lovely, heavy quality crystal and they date from c.1880. The very elegant shaped glasses have a long, elliptical cut to the bowl with a double, flying saucer shaped knop to the stem. It is unusual to find this style of glass in this large size and they are both in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Height 16.2cm. Diameter at rim 9.2cm. Diameter of foot 7.8cm.
