Two 19th century, French, silver plated hatelet skewers with the ornate ends in the shape of pheasants. We have pictured these together but they are being sold individually. They would have been used to ornament a game pie or a dish made with pheasant. They are both well made, with good detail, and they date from c.1880. They are both in excellent condition. One is 23.3cm.long and the other is 23.7cm long
