Dimensions:
A fine quality, two part, copper nougat mould in the shape of a sturgeon or classical dolphin. One side of the piece is stamped ’TROTTIER FNT PARIS’ and it dates from c.1880. It is very well moulded, with excellent detail, and it is made from a substantial gauge of copper. It is in excellent condition but the tinning, to the interior, is worn. The two parts are held together by two metal clips.
