A nineteenth century, English copper mould of arcaded form. This is a design that was produced by Benhams although this example is not marked. It is just stamped with a pattern number ‘437’ and it dates from c.1890. It is made from a substantial gauge of copper. There is very minor denting to the arcaded design, from use, but otherwise it is in good condition. The tinning, to the interior, is worn.
