An interesting, 19th century, oval copper mould. This is stamped “0237” above “H.L & Co.” I can’t find any reference to this mark but the mould is probably English and dates from c.1900. It is made from a substantial gauge of copper. The design is quite unusual, with stylised leaves to the sides and an Arts Nouveau style design to the top. It is in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still in good usable condition.
Dimensions: Length 18cm. Width 12cm. Height 8cm.
