To the opposite side is a workman’s mark in the from of a circle split into four sections. The mould is made from a substantial gauge of copper and it dates from c.1880. The design consists of two tiers of alternating, straight sided and rounded columns above a plain base. It is in excellent condition but the tinning to the interior is worn.
