SOLD

A nineteenth century, two tiered, oval copper mould. This is stamped with the orb and cross symbol used by Benhams and a pattern number ’57’. To the opposite end is a workman’s mark in the shape of a Fleur de Lys. It is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it dates from c.1870. The design consists of two tiers of round topped columns. It is in excellent condition and the tinning to the interior is still good enough for the mould to be used.
