A Victorian copper mould stamped with the makers mark “W & B” above a pattern number ’140’. This is English and it dates from c.1880. It is made from a substantial gauge of copper and the design consists of two tiers of fluted columns. There is very minor denting to the copper, the top of the mould has been pushed in slightly on one side, and there is the tiniest pin hole in one of the high points. The tinning, to the interior, is worn.
