A nineteenth century copper mould with angular fluting to the sides. This is stamped with a pattern number ’307’ but there is no manufacturers mark. It is English and dates from c.1880. The mould is well made, from a substantial gauge of copper, and the design is crisply moulded. There is a very small dent to the top of one of the columns but otherwise it is in very good condition. The tinning, to the interior, is worn.
