A beautiful, 19th century, French copper mould with fruits to the tops. This piece is very well modelled with two medlars, and foliage, to the top and fourteen rounded top columns to the sides. It is stamped with a pattern number ’241’ and it dates from c.1870. It is a really good quality mould, being made from a heavy gauge of copper, and it is in excellent condition. The tinning, to the interior, is still in good condition and it could be used.
