A 19th century, French copper mould with an attractive, stylised flower design to the top. This is a mould which can look good displayed either on a shelf or on the wall as it is decorative from all angles. It is marked with a pattern number ‘232’ and it dates from c.1880. It is made from a substantial gauge of copper and it is in excellent condition. The tinning to the interior is worn and a little flakey so it would not be usable.
