A nineteenth century, English copper mould stamped “B W & Co” above the pattern number “605”. This is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1880. The design consist of wrythen fluted columns with a flat, oval top. I have not been able to find the manufacturer of this mould but the mark appears on a number of copper moulds of this period. It is in very good condition but the tinning to the interior has been stripped.
