A very attractive shaped, Victorian copper mould. This mould is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it dates from c.1880. It is marked with the number '48' and this would be the pattern number. Although the design is basically geometric it is very busy and is interesting from all angles, so it looks equally good whether hanging or on a shelf. It is in excellent condition, although the tinning, to the interior, is worn.
