A Victorian copper mould with a stylised shell design to the top. The sides of the mould are fluted to the one side and plain to the other. It is made from quite a substantial gauge of copper and it dates from c.1890. This is a design which would look equally good displayed either hanging or on a shelf. It is in excellent condition. The tinning, to the interior, is slightly dull but it could still be used.
