A fairly small, Victorian copper ring mould with a penny top design to the top. This type of design, which resembles a series of overlapping pennies, comes in many different shapes and sizes but it is not common in this small size. This example is unmarked and it dates from c.1880. It displays well either hanging or on a shelf. It is in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still good enough for the mould to be used.
