A super quality, 19th century copper jelly mould. This is well made, from an exceptionally heavy gauge of copper, and it has castellated seams. It is English and dates from c.1870. The design consists of six small domes to the flat top, above fluted sides which almost resemble petal shapes around the domes. It is a very decorative mould, either from the sides or from the top, so it would look great either on a shelf or hanging on a wall. It is in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still in very good, usable condition.
