A tall, and very ornate, Victorian copper mould. This is stamped with a pattern number “24” and to the side of the number is another number “4” but it is upside down. The mould is made from a very heavy gauge of copper, it is English and it dates from c.1870. The design is very elaborate for a mould of this size, consisting of eight columns of two different, alternating forms. It is in excellent condition but the tinning, to the interior, is worn.
